Cherrywood tree trunk, with carved birch inlay, inset glass top
The tree trunk was salvaged after the great storm from Kew gardens. It retains it’s namesake red tones and has cracked gracefully over time. The insert birch shape stands proud on one edge, highlighting the differences between the two wood grains.
The glass top has a print on film that sits beneath it.
